Technical Specifications

  • Spatial flux free, miniaturized MNP sensor, embedded magnetic measurement

Usage & Applications

  • Internal magnetic field characterization of laminated magnetic cores (spatial flux free measurement).
  • Miniaturized magnetic sensing (< 200 µm) for embedded and homogenization analysis.
  • Local hysteresis cycle B_a(H_surf) measurement on individual laminations.
  • Comparison of simulation predictions with local measurements in magnetic cores.

Operating notes:

  • Probe requires gentle surface contact; do not scratch laminations.
  • Hall sensor supply: +6 V DC. Output pre-amplified (x100) and low-pass filtered at 20 Hz.
  • Keep probe clean and recalibrate against a reference steel sample before each campaign.
